Fees

Payment for appointments and assessments can be made either by bank transfer or in cash. We are registered with various health insurers including Bupa, Aviva, Axa PPP, Cigna, WPA, and Vitality.

Assessment Fees

• Initial assessment appointment for assessment of autism, ADHD, or learning disability/cognitive or learning difficulties: £165
• Diagnostic autism assessment: £1900
• Diagnostic ADHD assessment: £1600
• Combined autism and ADHD assessment: £2600
• Assessment of Learning Disability/Cognitive or Learning Difficulties: £1200

Psychological Therapy / Intervention Fees

• 50-minute initial appointment: £130
• 50-minute Clinical Psychology intervention session: £130
• 50-minute session with an Assistant Psychologist: £75

Cancellation and Unattended Appointment Fees

Cancellation fees are payable if an assessment or intervention appointment is cancelled for any reason with less than 48 hours’ notice. A late cancellation fee is charged as we are unable to offer the appointment to someone else at such short notice and the time will have been protected for you or your child to attend. The cancellation fee will vary depending on the type of appointment.

All unattended appointments with no notice given will be charged at full fee of the scheduled appointment.

Administrative and Travel Costs

All assessments include cost of travel for school observations (if applicable) within Northamptonshire. Travel outside of Northamptonshire or travel which is in addition to a school observation may incur an additional fee.

Any additional reports or letters requested will incur an additional fee.
